The directors and board of  AMTECH Group have considerable experience and bring a range of skills to the company.

Mark Tindall - Managing Director
Mark became Managing Director of AMTECH Group in July 2006 having completed a management buyout of AMTECH Power Software Ltd. This followed 16 years as Sales Director of AMTECH Power Software where he was responsible for growing the business from its small beginnings in 1991. He was previously an Electrical engineer with Lee Beesley and lead engineer for a variety of M & E services projects with Shepherd Engineering Services.

Andy Harris  - Financial Director
Andy joined the Group in 2008 as Finance Director. He has broad-breadth experience, coming from a background of 15 years managing the UK and European finance functions of large American owned multi-national Corporations. His industry sector knowledge encompasses leisure through to automotive manufacturing, airline security to IT support services.

James Cooper - Sales Director
James joined AMTECH Power Software in 1995 as a sales engineer having previously worked at the MOD as an electrical engineer and subsequently ran his own contracting business. He progressed to Sales Manager for the five years before becoming Sales Director in July 2006.

Donna Ward - Customer Services Director
Donna became Customer Services Director in 2009 following the acquisition of TSI Luckins where she had been Managing Director for 10 years.  After an early grounding in sales and marketing, she has worked in several market-leading software and data companies, where the quality of products and support has resulted in high levels of customer retention.  Donna has an MA in Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

Abaid Mughal - Development Director
Abaid joined Estimation Ltd in 1989 and during the next 20 years played an integral part in the company’s success. He was Technical Director when Estimation was aquired in 2007 bringing extensive experience of this specialised industry to AMTECH Group
